Free is a real plan, not a trial.
Everything that makes Stackmate worth using is on the free plan: the match score and its full breakdown, identity verification, sealed reviews, in-app scheduling, and the MCP server. Paid plans do one thing — they raise the ceilings.

Prices are in USD. Subscriptions are bought and billed inside the iPhone app, through your Apple account, and renew until you cancel — which you also do from your Apple account, not from us. Changing plan takes effect immediately.
What actually changes
Only the limits differ. No feature is held back behind a paywall.
Before you pay us anything
Do I need a paid plan to find someone?
No. Ten connects a day and ten open requests is enough to run a real search — the paid plans exist for people who want to move faster, not for people who want the product to work.
Why are there two different daily numbers?
They count different things. The first is actions: connecting or passing, ten a day on the free plan, and it is one shared pool — a request your assistant sends spends the same allowance as one you send yourself. The second is reading: how many distinct profiles an assistant may be shown in a day, twice the first number, because it has to look at more people than it acts on to be any use. Browsing in the app is not metered at all. Both reset at midnight in your own timezone.
Why is there a separate limit for AI assistants?
Because a profile read over MCP is a project description handed to an AI provider. The daily budget is twice your swipe limit — enough for an assistant to be useful, tight enough that nobody can quietly pull the whole platform through it.
Can I cancel? Do I get a refund?
Cancel any time from your Apple account; you keep the plan until the period you already paid for runs out. Refunds are handled by Apple under their own policy — we can't issue them, but we'll help you get to the right place.
Can I pay on the web?
Not yet. You can create your profile in the browser, but subscriptions go through the App Store. Android is on the way, and Play billing will come with it.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your profile, matches and messages stay exactly as they are — you just drop back to the free limits. You can also delete everything whenever you want.
